Complaints and discipline handled fairly, with a clear record.

Employees can raise a complaint, anonymously if they need to. HR investigates and resolves it, and disciplinary cases, suspensions and attendance issues each follow their own documented process.

What it does.

Praxis gives each sensitive process a defined path and a written record, so decisions are consistent and can be explained later.

Complaints

  • Filed by any employee, anonymously or named, with a reference number
  • Categories from harassment and safety to equipment requests, with a priority
  • HR is notified when a complaint is filed
  • Anonymous complaints visible only to administrators

Investigations

  • Assign a complaint and open an investigation
  • Record interviews, notes, findings and a recommendation
  • Resolve or dismiss with the outcome on record

Disciplinary cases

  • Cases with a number and category, from attendance to dishonesty
  • Actions from a verbal warning to termination
  • Employees acknowledge or refuse each action
  • Managers handle cases for their own direct reports

Suspensions and violations

  • Paid or unpaid suspensions with dates and a reason, lifted or concluded
  • An attendance violations log for lateness and absence patterns
  • Employees acknowledge violations; HR escalates or dismisses them
